Professional Profile

An Integrative Physician of Distinction

A clinician whose 22-year practice spans classical Ayurvedic scholarship, Panchakarma leadership, and the constitutional management of chronic and complex conditions over the long term.

Dr. Arvinder Singh Bali trained at the Government Ayurvedic College in Punjab, an institution grounded in the classical texts, Sanskrit scholarship, and hands-on clinical education. From that foundation he has built one of the larger Ayurvedic practices in the region, caring for more than three lakh patients across chronic, lifestyle, and complex presentations.

His work sits where classical Ayurveda meets integrative care. He reads the body through Nadi (pulse) and tongue diagnosis, and he coordinates with multidisciplinary teams in modern medical settings. That dual fluency makes him a frequent collaborator for hospitals, wellness centres, and integrative clinics.

As former Doctor In-Charge at one of Chandigarh's early Panchakarma centres, he has practised, led, trained, and built. The proprietary Ayurvedic formulations he developed reflect a physician who advances the science rather than simply applies it. His referral network rests on clinical outcomes and trust.

In a person whose digestive system has been cleansed and purified, the metabolism is stimulated, disease is reduced, and normal health is maintained. Strength, good nourishment, and healthy progeny are the result.
Charaka Samhita, ~400 BC, a foundational text of Ayurvedic medicine

“Treatment plans built around Prakriti and Vikriti. Root-cause resolution, not symptom suppression.”

पञ्चकर्म · The Five Actions

Panchakarma: Ayurveda's Deepest Therapeutic Science

From the Sanskrit pañcha (five) and karma(actions), Panchakarma is Ayurveda's most comprehensive clinical intervention. It is a systematic bio-purification that clears the causative Dosha rather than only its symptoms. Dr. Bali has administered these protocols across thousands of cases over 22 years.

Diagnostic & treatment philosophy

“A patient is never a diagnosis. They are a constitution.”

  • Classical Nadi (pulse) and tongue diagnosis for constitutional assessment. The body is read in its own language before any intervention is prescribed.

  • Treatment plans built around Prakriti (constitution) and Vikriti (current imbalance), for root-cause resolution rather than symptom suppression.

  • Full Panchakarma bio-purification, Shodhan Chikitsa, given with clinical precision to clear vitiated Doshas rather than merely pacify them.

  • Yoga Therapy and structured lifestyle change as core parts of the protocol, not optional supplements.

  • A focus on physical, mental, and emotional well-being as interconnected systems.

  • Referral-based, multidisciplinary coordination that bridges classical Ayurveda with modern medical departments.
