Ayurvedic rationale

Ayurveda treats focus as a function of an unclouded mind (sattva). Bacopa is the classical medhya rasayana, a herb used to nourish cognition over time. Gotu kola is added for circulation to the head and a sense of evenness. The blend is built to come on steadily, not to stimulate.
