Why it's built this way.

The classical Triphala. Three fruits dried, milled and combined in the traditional proportion. Used in Ayurveda for centuries to support gentle, regular elimination and the balance the system returns to overnight.

Ayurvedic rationale

Triphala is the most documented formula in the Ayurvedic materia medica: amalaki, haritaki and bibhitaki in balance. Each fruit governs one of the three doshas, so the combination is used to support the whole digestive cycle rather than force it. We hold the traditional 1:1:1 ratio and test each fruit to identity before blending.
