Turmeric and boswellia resin, the two herbs Ayurveda reaches for to keep joints supple. A high-curcumin turmeric is paired with standardised boswellia and a trace of black pepper, the traditional pairing used to make turmeric more bioavailable.

Ayurvedic rationale

Ayurveda frames stiffness as accumulation that needs moving, not just masking. Turmeric (haridra) and boswellia (shallaki) are the classical pair used to support the joints and the tissues around them. We add a little black pepper because the tradition, later echoed by ingredient research, found it helps the body take up curcumin.
